Refund policy

Our Return Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return
Simply email us at hello@bambaya.eu to let us know you’d like to return an item. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know straight away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can return your item for any reason.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank.)
