1. Who We Are

Bambaya is a trading name of Amstelworks BV, registered in the Netherlands.

2. Ordering from Us

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket. We’ll confirm your order by email once payment is received.

  • Prices are shown in euros and include VAT.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Payment can be made using the options available at checkout.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there’s a pricing or description error, or payment isn’t completed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly. Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to you.

4. Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it (EU cooling-off period), no explanation needed.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Email us at hello@bambaya.eu before sending anything back.

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you within 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Our Products

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

6. Liability

We’re not responsible for indirect damages like loss of income or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on our website belong to Bambaya and can’t be copied or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in the Netherlands.
