Shipping policy

We ship orders from the Netherlands to the EU and selected international destinations.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 working days after payment is received. During busy periods, it may take a little longer.

Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, but these are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to you. We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
